  • Proven ability in
    custom application development
    and configuration within Salesforce platform
  • Technical leadership
    experience—guiding and mentoring junior developers
  • Code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality deliverables
  • Skilled in
    debugging
    , troubleshooting, and providing ongoing application support
  • Creation and maintenance of
    technical documentation
    (design, deployment guides, etc.)
  • Focus on
    performance tuning
    and application scalability
