Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead with a strong technical background and leadership skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce development and architecture, especially with LWC and OmniStudio, and a proven track record of leading technical teams in delivering robust Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a Salesforce development team (510 members).
  • Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, and OmniStudio (OmniScript, DataRaptor, Integration Procedures).
  • Work closely with stakeholders from the public sector domain to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Implement and manage Service Cloud functionality including case management, knowledge base, and automation.
  • Oversee and streamline CI/CD processes using modern DevOps tools.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and Salesforce guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong hands-on experience with LWC, Apex, OmniStudio, and Service Cloud.
  • Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
  • Must have at least 6+ Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II, OmniStudio Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, etc.).
  • Experience working in or with Public Sector clients/projects.
  • Proven experience in leading Salesforce technical teams of 5–10 members.
