We are looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing
for a healthcare organization.
The ideal candidate will drive strategic planning, brand growth, digital performance, community engagement, and overall marketing excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy and Planning:
    Build and implement marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Campaign Management:
    Manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and on-ground activations.
  • Digital Leadership:
    Oversee website performance, social media strategy, SEO and SEM, and online reputation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Work closely with internal teams, doctors, and management to identify target audiences and opportunities.
  • Community Engagement:
    Plan outreach programs, health camps, and corporate tie-ups to increase patient footfall.
  • Content and Collateral:
    Guide the creation of marketing materials and digital content.
  • Performance and ROI:
    Analyze campaign performance and present ROI reports.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    Ensure all activities follow ethical and healthcare marketing guidelines.
  • Team Leadership:
    Lead and mentor the marketing team.
  • Vendor Management:
    Manage relationships with agencies and media partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience, preferably in healthcare, hospitals, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare consumer behavior and digital marketing practices.
  • Proficiency in digital tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
