What this job involves:As a Senior Facilities Manager at JLL's Hyderabad Campus, you will be responsible for curating and executing a world-class guest & employee experience at the front office, meetings, lounge and conference facilities while providing strategic leadership and oversight for all facilities management operations including guest services activities, F&B, meeting room setups, and employee recreational facilities management. This senior leadership role combines strategic facilities management with operational excellence, requiring you to develop and implement comprehensive facilities strategies that curate world-class visitor, guest and employee experiences including welcome services, check-in processes, guest support, and host coordination while overseeing end-to-end conference & meeting arrangements for business units and ensuring seamless guest request fulfillment including in-room dining services. You will play a crucial role in JLL's commitment to delivering exceptional workplace experiences by establishing service standards for special guest accommodations, directing communication protocols between guests and staff with systematic customer concern resolution, overseeing campus services delivery including dining options and wellbeing programs, and managing cross-functional teams including housekeepers and wait staff to provide comprehensive guest experiences.What your day-to-day will look like:Direct strategic facilities management operations while curating world-class visitor, guest and employee front office experiencesOversee end-to-end conference & meeting arrangements & facilities for business units while establishing guest service protocolsEnsure special guests including disabled people, elderly, children and VIPs receive personalized services through systematic service deliveryDirect communication strategies between guests and staff while implementing customer concern resolution frameworksOversee campus services delivery including dining options, amenities, conveniences and wellbeing programs with strategic focusLead team performance management and strategic reporting while directing housekeepers and wait staff for optimal guest experiencesAnalyze operational performance, delegate strategic tasks and oversee progress while implementing customer feedback systemsEstablish local partnership strategies for tourist recommendations while ensuring recreational facilities achieve optimal performance standardsDirect lobby, lounge and customer/visitor area maintenance to exceed design intent and quality standards.Required Qualifications:Senior leadership experience in facilities management with demonstrated ability to direct comprehensive campus operationsStrategic background in guest services management and hospitality operations with front office experience leadershipProven ability to oversee conference & meeting arrangements and facilities for business units at director levelExecutive-level customer service skills with experience establishing guest service protocols and personalized service frameworksTeam leadership and management experience with ability to direct performance, strategic planning, and comprehensive reportingStrategic communication skills with experience directing guest-staff interactions and customer concern resolution systemsKnowledge of campus services strategy including dining operations, amenities management, and wellbeing program oversightUnderstanding of facility maintenance leadership and design intent preservation at executive level.Preferred Qualifications:Executive background in corporate campus or commercial real estate facilities managementExperience directing recreational and "End of Trip" facilities with 24/7 operational oversight requirementsStrategic understanding of F&B operations leadership and meeting room coordination managementKnowledge of accessibility services leadership and VIP guest accommodation protocol developmentExperience directing housekeeping and wait staff operations for comprehensive guest experience deliveryStrategic familiarity with local area partnership development including tourist, dining, and entertainment coordinationBackground in online review management leadership and customer satisfaction strategic improvementUnderstanding of lobby and lounge maintenance leadership and quality control strategic processes.Location: On-siteWhat you can expect from us:You'll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture where we succeed together – across the desk and around the globeOur Total Rewards program reflects our commitment to helping you achieve your ambitions in career, recognition, wellbeing, benefits and payJoin us to develop your strengths and enjoy a fulfilling career full of varied experiences.
