Our goal is to inspire a healthier lifestyle through exceptional service and state-of-the-art amenities.Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and functionality of our fitness center. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless experience for members by maintaining a clean, safe, and well-equipped facility while managing operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Facility Maintenance:Oversee the maintenance and repair of gym equipment, ensuring all facilities are in top condition.Schedule and supervise regular cleaning and upkeep of the premises.Manage contracts and relationships with vendors and service providers.Safety and Compliance:Ensure the fitness center adheres to health, safety, and building regulations.Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, addressing any potential hazards promptly.Operations Management:Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.Monitor utilities and resources to optimize cost-effectiveness.Manage inventory of supplies, including gym equipment, cleaning materials, and other essentials.Team Leadership:Supervise and guide facility staff, including cleaners, maintenance personnel, and contractors.Provide training to staff on safety protocols and operational procedures.Member Experience:Collaborate with the front desk and management team to address member feedback or concerns related to the facility.Ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for all members and visitors.Budget Management:Plan and manage the facility's maintenance budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.Provide regular reports to management on operational costs and performance.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry.Strong understanding of maintenance, safety, and operational processes.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of health and safety regulations.Proficiency in facility management software and MS Office Suite.Strong leadership and communication skills.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and dynamic work environment.
