Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned and proactive Manager – Accounts & Finance with a strong background in handling end-to-end finance operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 13 years of experience in managing accounting teams, statutory compliance, vendor negotiations, and import-export documentation, along with proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership & Accounting Operations
• Lead, manage, and mentor the finance and accounts team for daily operations and month-end closings.
• Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries, reconciliations, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain books of accounts using Tally Prime and ERP platforms.

  1. Import-Export Documentation
    • Handle complete import-export documentation process including LC, BOE, shipping, and customs formalities.
    • Coordinate with banks, freight forwarders, CHA, and logistics teams to ensure timely shipment and clearance.

  2. Receivables & Client Coordination
    • Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables from clients.
    • Ensure proper documentation and aging analysis for debt collection.

  3. Statutory Compliance & Taxation
    • Ensure accurate and timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory requirements.
    • Liaise with auditors and consultants for audits, assessments, and filings.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Labor Laws and ensure payroll/statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, etc.).

  4. MIS, Reporting & Financial Analysis
    • Prepare and present regular MIS reports, P&L dashboards, and variance analysis.
    • Assist management with data-driven insights for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

  5. Vendor Management & Negotiation
    • Negotiate with vendors for better terms, credit limits, and timely settlements.
    • Manage vendor ledgers, payment schedules, and dispute resolutions.

Desired Candidate Profile:
• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter (preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 12 years in Accounts & Finance, with 3–4 years in a manufacturing setup
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally Prime, ERP (SAP/other), and advanced Excel
• Core Knowledge: GST, TDS, Income Tax, Labour Laws, Import-Export documentation, MIS reporting


• Soft Skills: ✓ Strong leadership and team management ✓ Excellent communication and negotiation skills ✓ Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
