Were looking for an enthusiastic Furniture Retail Sales Consultant to join our flagship team and help clients discover the perfect pieces to create their dream homes.

Role & responsibilities

  • Greet and engage walk-in customers at the showroom.
  • Understand client needs, lifestyle, and preferences to recommend suitable furniture solutions.
  • Present product features, benefits, and styling options with confidence.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across our range (sofas, dining, beds, accessories, etc.).
  • Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, including architects and designers.
  • Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth order processing and deliveries.

Preferred candidate profile

Who We're Looking For

  • 1–4 years of experience in retail sales (preferably furniture, interiors, or luxury lifestyle products).
  • Strong communication and people skills — someone who can connect with premium clientele.
  • A flair for interiors, home styling, or design is a big plus.
  • Goal-driven with a positive attitude towards customer service.
  • Team player with basic computer proficiency (billing, CRM, etc.).
