Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance by managing and expanding the customer base, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. The role will involve supervising and mentoring a team, preparing reports, conducting market analysis to develop effective sales strategies, and collaborating with internal departments to enhance customer experience. The Sales Manager will also ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations while fostering long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, account management, and achieving sales targets.
  • Team management and leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and motivating team members.
  • Market analysis and strategic planning skills to identify growth opportunities and improve sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM platforms, and a strong understanding of customer behavior.
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
