Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to diverse business needs Tech & Non-Tech.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with department heads and executives to understand current and future staffing requirements.
  • Analyse recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and quality of hire, to optimize hiring processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and recruitment partners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and compliance standards in talent acquisition.
  • Manage employer branding and campus recruitment activities to build talent pipelines.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Postgraduate in Human Resources (Full Time), or a related discipline.
  • Typically, 7 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with proven leadership in a team lead role.
  • Proficiency in adopting applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments and adapt to evolving needs.
  • Experience in designing and executing innovative recruitment strategies, including employer branding and diversity hiring.
