Responsibilities:

  • Continuously explore GenAI and Agentic platforms for automation of internal processes, maintaining an expert understanding of evolving compliance requirements within regulated environments.
  • Prototype end-to-end solutions using AI frameworks to address real-world customer challenges efficiently and creatively.
  • Design, architect, and implement agent workflows that blend large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and diverse toolchains to integrate internal and external data sources.
  • Develop interactive, lightweight UIs and demos capable of clearly demonstrating solution value to both executive and operational stakeholders.
  • Champion the adoption of AI-driven solutions by translating operational needs into practical technologies, enabling teams to harness the full potential of GenAI and automation across departments.

Must Have Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of programming or software development experience in any stack (frontend, backend, or full-stack).
  • Documented hands-on experience with GenAI and Agentic platforms, demonstrated by a recorded demo video or a deployed project/demonstration accessible on a public platform.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences, including stakeholders at all levels.
