Role Overview

The AI Solutions Engineer will be responsible for implementing AI agents using existing frameworks and technologies. This isn't a research role — it's about applying what's already proven in order to create practical, reliable solutions. You'll help us establish agent coding practices, integrate with business systems, and support clients as they adopt AI into their workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
  • Integrate AI systems with APIs, databases, CRMs, and other business software.
  • Configure and optimize off-the-shelf LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) for specific tasks.
  • Implement RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) pipelines and connect to vector databases.
  • Build workflow automations that combine AI with existing business processes.
  • Collaborate with our software team to embed AI agents into larger applications.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and updates for deployed solutions.

Qualifications Required

  • Solid experience with Python and practical software engineering.
  • Hands-on familiarity with LangChain or other AI orchestration frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and system integration.
  • Knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, and prompt engineering best practices.
  • Ability to evaluate existing tools and select the right solution for a business need.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, etc.).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Background in building business automation or workflow tools.
  • Experience supporting software in production environments.
