      Work with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

      Stay informed about coffee origins, brewing methods, and menu items to educate customers.

Qualifications:

      Previous experience as a barista in previous organization.

      Extensive knowledge of beverage ingredients, preparation techniques, and recipes

      Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner.

      Attention to detail and a focus on cleanliness, organization, and presentation.

      Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks.

      Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
