Key Responsibilities

-Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages (hot and cold) with consistency and excellence

-Ensure quality control for all drinks and food items served

-Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the bar and service areaEngage warmly with customers to provide a personalized experience

-Monitor stock levels and inform the team about restocking needs

-Support in training new team members when needed

-Stay updated on new menu items and seasonal offerings

-Adhere to all company SOPs and café protocols Operations Coordination

-Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order deliveries

-Assist in opening and closing duties of the café (machine checks, cash handling, cleanliness checks)

-Maintain and update inventory of beverages, ingredients, and consumables; report shortages to management

-Follow daily checklists to ensure smooth operations during all

shifts

-Monitor equipment functionality and escalate issues for timely maintenance

-Ensure smooth workflow during peak hours through efficient task delegation and team communication

-Participate in daily briefings to stay aligned with café goals, new launches, and customer feedback

-Support the implementation of new SOPs or workflow changes as directed by the Cafe Manager.
