a. Role: Company Secretary Intern (21 months internship only)

As a Company Secretary Intern, you will support the Legal and Secretarial team in ensuring corporate compliance and governance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in due diligence, policy reviews, and compliance updates.
  • Supporting the drafting, documentation, and indexing of secretarial and legal records.
  • Conducting legal and regulatory research related to corporate laws, governance practices, and secretarial standards.
  • Helping with the preparation and filing of statutory forms and returns under the Companies Act and other applicable laws.

b. Expected Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong professional commitment and attention to detail. The ideal intern should possess:

  • Successful completion of the Company Secretary Final/Professional Examination.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • A self-motivated, punctual, and proactive approach to work.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and general computer literacy.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
