Senior SAP SD/CS Functional Consultant

Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and meticulous Senior SAP SD/CS Functional Consultant to join our team on-site in Pune or Nagpur. This critical role demands 10 to 12 years of overall experience and deep, specialized functional expertise across the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module with mandatory, hands-on experience in the Customer Service (CS) module. The successful candidate will drive crucial implementations focusing on complex service, billing, and equipment management processes, working collaboratively within the UK time zone shift. Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 15-day notice period are required.

Role Requirements & Logistics :

- Experience Required : 10 12 Years (7-10 years working as SAP SD Functional Consultant).

- Location : Pune / Nagpur, Maharashtra (Onsite Office).

- Job Type : Full-Time, Contract.

- Working Hours : UK Time Shift.

- Notice Period : Immediate or 15 days maximum.

Key Responsibilities & Functional Deliverables :

1. Core SAP SD & Billing Expertise :

- SD Functional Mastery : Lead design, configuration, and implementation activities within SAP SD, covering Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Logistics Execution, and Revenue Recognition.

- Billing Specialization : Demonstrate expertise in Billing processes and configuration, including complex billing plans, invoice creation, and integration with FICO.

- Form Integration : Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting document forms, specifically with Adobe Forms, related to billing and sales documents.

2. Specialized Service Management (SAP CS) Focus :

The candidate must possess deep functional knowledge and implementation experience in the following specialized areas of SAP CS :

- SAP CS Experience (Mandatory) : Strong working experience in the SAP Customer Service (CS) module is essential.

- Equipment Lifecycle (Mandatory) : Expert functional knowledge of the Equipment Master record, management of Serial Numbers, and defining the Equipment Hierarchy.

- Location Management : Deep understanding and experience configuring Functional Locations (Higher Level & Lower Level) for structured service mapping.

- Installed Base & Warranty : Expertise in configuring the Installed Base (I-Base) structure and setting up and managing Warranty tracking and claim processes integrated across SD and CS.

- Service Contracts : Expertise in setting up and managing Service Contracts, including advanced pricing conditions, billing plans, and renewal processes.

3. Project Leadership & Standards :

- Project Leadership : Serve as the senior functional consultant, driving business requirement gathering, blueprinting, and solution design across major projects.

- PMO Acumen : Possess strong knowledge and familiarity with Project Management Office (PMO) skills and methodologies, supporting project governance and reporting.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with technical teams (ABAP) and other functional modules (MM, FICO) to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions.

Mandatory Technical Expertise :

- SAP SD & CS : 710 years as an SAP SD Functional Consultant with mandatory working experience in SAP CS.

- Specialized Objects : Mandatory expertise in Equipment Master, Serial Number, Functional Location, Equipment Hierarchy, Warranty, and I-Base.

- Key Skills : Expertise in complex Billing configuration and Adobe Forms.

- Domain : Experience with Service Contracts and an overall understanding of PMO processes.
