In 2022, Lenskart partnered with Owndays and took a majority stake in the Japanese-owned eyewear player

that has a deep presence in Asia. With this partnership, we have added an additional 400 stores and

extended our reach to 13 countries.

About the Team & Role:

This team is responsible for the production of frames through various machines and techniques. This team

works closely with internal stakeholders to fulfil customer requirements. The incumbent will be managing

CNC shop floor area and the related production activities. The incumbent would be leading a team of large

task force and will be reporting to department Manager.

To Succeed in this role, you should have the following:

Preferably B.Tech

5+ years of experience in production

Proven experience of leading large task force

CNC shop floor experience

You will be responsible for:

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Supervise and manage daily operations and lead the team to achieve daily production targets

Ensure all CNC machines are running efficiently and adhere to quality standards

Ensure team members are properly trained on machine operation, safety protocols, and quality

control procedures

Manage the production schedule to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of new products

Ensure routine maintenance and calibration of CNC machines to maintain operational efficiency

Assist in resolving production issues, including any quality or process problems

Coordinate with the maintenance team to address any mechanical or electrical issues promptly

Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
