Job Description:

Manage relationships with key modern trade clients. Ensure stock availability, shelf visibility, and brand standards, Coordinate with buyers and store managers for offers/promotions, monitor sales performance and ensure target achievement, Handle billing, claims, and product listing at outlet level.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Sales & Target Achievement

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and potential customers.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.

2.Customer Relationship Management.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide solutions promptly.
  • Conduct regular visits to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

3.Order & Stock Management

  • Ensure timely order placement and delivery.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain to prevent stockouts.

4.Market Intelligence

  • Collect competitor information on pricing, promotions, and product launches.
  • Share insights with the marketing and sales team for strategic decisions.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in FMCG sales (minimum 1 year).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple outlets or store visits daily
  • Good interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Valid two-wheeler license preferred.
