Job Description – Assistant, Client Servicing

Key Responsibilities

Client Support & Coordination

  • Assist in maintaining client relationships by responding to routine queries.
  • Support the senior team in managing day-to-day client interactions.
  • Help conduct client follow-ups and collect necessary documents.

Service Delivery Support

  • Ensure timely processing of client transactions under supervision.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve basic client issues.
  • Track status of client requests and update internal systems.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Assist in preparing service performance reports and client feedback summaries.
  • Maintain updated records in CRM and internal databases.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Work closely with Sales, Compliance, Operations, and IT teams for smooth service flow.
  • Share updates and coordinate necessary information between teams.

Learning & Development

  • Support senior managers in team tasks and process improvements.
  • Stay updated on guidelines and best practices in client servicing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in client service (financial services preferred).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple tasks.

  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
