Job Title: Client Success Assistant
Location: Remote (India)
Reports to: Director of Client Success
About the Role:
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Success Assistant to support our Director of Client Success in managing day-to-day client interactions. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, has strong communication skills, and is eager to learn the foundations of client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing client communications, including drafting and sending emails.
- Attend client meetings/meet-and-greets, take notes, and track follow-ups.
- Support in preparing client-facing materials and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and status updates.
- Handle administrative and operational tasks ("grunt work") to ensure smooth execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams as needed to support client success initiatives.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask.
- Comfortable with virtual collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc.).
- Eager to learn and grow in client success and operations.
- Prior experience in customer support, client-facing, or administrative roles is a plus (but not mandatory).
