We are looking for a
Quality Incharge
who will oversee and ensure
consistent product quality
across all sampling and bulk production units. The role demands a
hands-on, detail-oriented professional
who can uphold brand standards, train vendors, and ensure all shipments meet client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect
    fabrics, trims, and accessories
    before bulk production begins.
  • Review
    tech packs, samples, and pre-production approvals
    to ensure accuracy.
  • Conduct
    in-line, mid-line, and final inspections
    at vendor units.
  • Identify defects, document findings, and implement
    corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
    .
  • Maintain
    quality checklists, AQL reports
    , and communicate deviations proactively.
  • Work closely with
    merchandisers, production teams, and vendors
    to ensure quality at every stage.
  • Oversee
    packaging, labeling, and finishing
    to align with brand and export standards.
  • Build a feedback loop to improve
    vendor performance and consistency
    .
  • Train factory teams and vendors on
    Popstation's SOPs and quality standards
    .

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in
    garment quality control or assurance
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    fabric behavior, stitching, fit, finishing, and AQL levels
    .
  • Knowledge of
    quality documentation, testing parameters, and compliance standards
    .
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills across teams.
  • Proficient in
    Excel / Google Sheets
    and comfortable using digital QC tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple vendor locations efficiently.
