Link-K Insurance TPA Private Limited is a licensed Third Party Administrator (TPA) in the health insurance sector, with its corporate office based in Chennai. We are empaneled by leading insurance companies to serve their policyholders, offering core services such as facilitating cashless treatments through our network of hospitals and efficiently processing health insurance claims. Our focus is on delivering prompt, reliable, and customer-centric support across all touchpoints.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship & Insurance Liaison, located in Coimabtore. The role involves serving as the primary link between insurance companies, corporate clients, and internal teams for enrolment and claims coordination. Key responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with insurers, brokers, and corporate clients, managing policy data and endorsements, and ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of claims requiring insurer approvals. The role also includes visiting underwriting offices, attending insurer and agent meetings, and keeping detailed records of interactions and outcomes. Collaboration with internal teams such as operations, claims, and MIS is essential to deliver seamless service. Additionally, the role includes team management responsibilities for client servicing executives in the region, with a focus on high-quality customer support and long-term client and broker engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in insurance liaison, client servicing, or health insurance operations.
  • Exceptional Customer Service abilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, claims, and IT teams.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with insurers, brokers, and corporate clients.
  • Previous experience in the TPA / insurance industry is a plus.
  • Effective communication, follow-up skills.
  • Strong understanding of health insurance processes, endorsements, and claims workflows
  • Graduate in any discipline.
