Role Overview

The Sr. Operations Manager will oversee critical support functions that ensure smooth day-to-day business operations across offices. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on execution with a process-oriented mindset to drive efficiency, compliance, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and streamline workplace operations
• Ensure policies, procedures, and budgets are implemented effectively to meet business goals.
• Develop and manage relationships with service providers and contractors to maintain cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Monitor expenditure and forecast operating costs to support financial planning.
• Supervise general workplace operations, safety, and security programs to uphold company standards.
• Lead sustainability initiatives and optimize resource utilization across facilities.
• Mentor and guide the operations team to achieve excellence in service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders for process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Implement technology-enabled solutions to improve operational visibility and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience managing workplace operations, infrastructure, or corporate services in a mid-to-large organization.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Adept at leading diverse teams and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
