What You'll Be Doing

  • Talent Hunt
    – Assist in sourcing, shortlisting, and coordinating with top talent across roles.
  • Interview Coordination
    – Help set up interviews, assessments, and keep the candidate experience smooth and professional.
  • HR Ops Support
    – Get involved with offer letters, feedback collection, team documentation, and more.
  • Culture & Engagement
    – Brainstorm and roll out fun team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness check-ins.
  • Documentation & Processes
    – Help build and organize our internal HR playbook, policies, and onboarding flows.
  • Learn Everyday
    – Stay updated on HR best practices, tools, and startup-friendly people strategies.

  • Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
  • Empathy and a people-first mindset
  • Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, and LinkedIn
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Passion for startup culture, team building, and making people feel heard (Open to students, freshers, and career switchers)
