Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lucknow. The DRT/MACT/RCT/Consumer Dispute Specialist will be responsible for handling and managing legal cases and consumer disputes related to Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (MACT), and Railway Claims Tribunal (RCT). Daily tasks will include drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, providing legal advice, and conducting legal research. The Specialist will also work closely with clients to understand their concerns and work towards achieving favorable outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong legal research and drafting skills
  • Experience in legal representation and court proceedings
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations related to DRT/MACT/RCT/Consumer Disputes
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
  • Prior experience in handling similar cases is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
