Process Co-Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:-
- Coordinate daily tasks and workflows across departments, especially between operations and the sales team.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Track progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and external clients.
- Support client operations, ensuring smooth on boarding, communication, and query resolution.
- Maintain and update databases and reports using Excel and Advanced Excel tools (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, etc.).
- Participate in regular meetings to report on status, issues, and improvements.
- Identify process gaps and assist in streamlining workflow processes.
Key Skills & Qualifications:-
- Proficiency in Excel and Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards, etc.) is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Experience in MIS reporting and data management.
- Previous experience in client operations or sales coordination is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Graduate in any discipline (Business/Commerce preferred).
- Strong Verbal & Written Communication.
