We are looking for a Senior Golang Developer with a strong foundation in Java who has transitioned into Golang development and is passionate about designing scalable, distributed systems. This role offers an opportunity to architect and deliver high-performance microservices that power critical business operations, enhance supply chain efficiency, and elevate customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications and microservices using Golang.
• Leverage past experience in Java to architect and optimize enterprise-grade backend solutions.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices in development and testing.
• Collaborate closely with software architects, product managers, and DevOps teams to design and deliver end-to-end technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues, driving root-cause analysis and performance optimization.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and design sessions to uphold engineering excellence.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our systems and processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development practices, code quality, and system performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of total software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Golang (minimum 2–3 years), with exposure to frameworks such as Fiber, GORM, or Echo.
• Previous experience in Java (2–4 years) — strong understanding of object-oriented programming, concurrency, and design patterns.
• Proven experience in building scalable microservices and working with message queues (Kafka), Redis, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with REST API design, performance tuning, and distributed systems architecture.
• Good understanding of CI/CD, cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure), and monitoring tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-driven, proactive, and eager to explore new technologies.
