Location: Bangalore (Hybrid – Work from Office)

Experience: 7+ Years

CTC: ₹1.8 to ₹1.9 Lakh per Month (Based on Experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Golang Developer to join our engineering team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of hands-on experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Golang (Go) and distributed system design. You will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance APIs and microservices that power next-generation enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance microservices using Golang.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, DevOps, and QA to deliver quality software on time.
  • Write clean, efficient, and testable code, adhering to best coding practices and design patterns.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and backend components.
  • Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and enhance application reliability.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and contribute to deployment automation.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentor junior developers.
  • Work within an Agile/Scrum environment, ensuring iterative and efficient delivery.
Required Skills & Expertise:
  • Strong proficiency in Golang (Go) with 5+ years of hands-on experience.
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Experience with concurrency, caching, and performance tuning in Golang.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
  • Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
  • Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS) is an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, debugging expertise, and system design knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with high-traffic, low-latency backend systems.
  • Familiarity with API Gateway, gRPC, or GraphQL.
  • Exposure to DevOps and infrastructure automation tools.
  • Prior experience in mentoring and technical leadership.
