Business Development Executive – Solar

About Us:
Xcelvend is a growing solar solutions provider offering rooftop solar installations for homes and businesses. We help customers save on electricity bills and shift to clean, renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, WhatsApp, calls and local networking.
- Educate customers about solar benefits, ROI, and government subsidy schemes.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements (training provided).
- Follow up regularly and convert inquiries into installations.
- Coordinate with technical teams for quotations and installation workflow.
- Maintain daily reports of leads, visits, and conversions.
Required Skills
- Any Graduate / ITI /Polytechnic can apply.
- Good communication & convincing skills.
- Interest in field sales (Solar/Technical knowledge not mandatory).
- Ability to work on MS Excel/WhatsApp/phone communication.
- Two-wheeler preferred (travel allowance provided).
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 (based on experience)
- Incentives: Attractive performance incentives on each sale.
- Benefits: Training, travel allowance, mobile allowance.
- Growth: Fast-track career growth to Senior Sales Officer / Team Lead.
