About Us:

Xcelvend is a growing solar solutions provider offering rooftop solar installations for homes and businesses. We help customers save on electricity bills and shift to clean, renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through field visits, WhatsApp, calls and local networking.
  • Educate customers about solar benefits, ROI, and government subsidy schemes.
  • Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements (training provided).
  • Follow up regularly and convert inquiries into installations.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for quotations and installation workflow.
  • Maintain daily reports of leads, visits, and conversions.

Required Skills

  • Any Graduate / ITI /Polytechnic can apply.
  • Good communication & convincing skills.
  • Interest in field sales (Solar/Technical knowledge not mandatory).
  • Ability to work on MS Excel/WhatsApp/phone communication.
  • Two-wheeler preferred (travel allowance provided).

Salary & Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 (based on experience)
