As a Relationship Manager for High Net worth Customers, your role involves developing new relationships and expanding existing ones for liabilities by sourcing customers. You will be responsible for sourcing new bank customers through individual efforts and acquisition channels. Additionally, you are expected to cross-sell bank products to existing branch customers and inform them of new products or enhancements to strengthen the banking relationship. Key Responsibilities: - Develop new relationships and expand existing High Net worth Customer relationships - Source new bank customers through individual efforts and acquisition channel - Cross-sell bank products to existing branch customers - Inform customers of new products or enhancements - Plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events - Coordinate with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products - Maintain complete relationship records for assigned customer accounts - Track customer complaints/queries and ensure quick turnaround for customer satisfaction Qualifications Required: - Graduate with 3-5 years of experience or Post Graduate with 2-3 years of experience - Customer orientation - High energy and drive - AMFI/IRDA certification is preferred In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and maintaining relationships with High Net worth Customers, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.,
