We are looking for an experienced
US IT Recruiter
to join our team in
Ayyappa Society, Madhapur, Hyderabad
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for the
US staffing industry
, with a strong focus on
W2 requirements
.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle the complete recruitment life cycle — from sourcing to onboarding candidates.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for
    W2 positions
    across various IT skill sets.
  • Work with
    US clients and vendors
    to understand job requirements and submit quality profiles.
  • Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and networking to identify potential candidates.
  • Negotiate salary/rates and close candidates efficiently within timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with
    US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C)
    and employment laws.
  • Build and maintain a strong database of qualified candidates and vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to meet client hiring goals.

Required Skills:

  • 3 to 5 years
    of proven experience as a US IT Recruiter.
  • Strong knowledge of
    W2 recruitment
    and other US tax terms (C2C, 1099).
  • Excellent understanding of technical terminologies and IT skills.
  • Proficiency in using US job boards and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work in
    US night shifts
    .
