We are seeking a Japanese bilingual fresher to join our Business Services team as an Assistant. The role involves supporting day-to-day business operations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth communication between Japanese- and English-speaking teams. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with Japanese language proficiency to start their career in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily business services operations including documentation, reporting, and data entry.
- Translate and interpret (Japanese English) for meetings, emails, and business documents.
- Provide support in client interactions, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and presentations.
- Handle queries, escalations, and routine tasks under the guidance of senior team members.
Support process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies.

- Basic of MS office
- Good English & Japanese communication Skill
