Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team at Innotek Furniture Fittings Pvt Ltd. This is a mid-level, full-time position based in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for driving sales and building lasting relationships within the furniture fittings industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate and finalize deals with clients and partners. Demonstrated success in previous roles is essential. (Mandatory skill)
- Proficiency in account management to maintain and grow existing client relationships ensuring long-term loyalty. (Mandatory skill)
- Experience with Point Of Sale (POS) Systems to streamline sales processes and integrate sales operations. (Mandatory skill)
- Ability to perform data analysis to drive insights and make informed business decisions to enhance sales productivity.
- Proven track record in leads generation, identifying potential customers and converting prospects to clients effectively.
- Experience with stockiest operations to manage inventory efficiently and meet client demands proactively.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and build trust with stakeholders across the board.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a sales team, ensuring a shared vision for achieving sales targets and objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capture market share.
- Manage existing client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotions and campaigns, enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations that align with client needs and effectively communicate the value propositions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and maintain competitive edge.
- Utilize POS systems to manage sales transactions, track inventory, and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
