Responsibilities: Quota responsibility for the set of accounts and territories assigned. Responsibility includes new business development as well as growth from existing accounts. Responsibility for the coverage of territory from Knimbus products and services perspective. Ensure proper account management resulting in retention and growth of business Maintain optimal level of activities to keep a healthy pipeline Maintain forecast accuracy Have a consultative sales approach with prospects and clients and always strive to deliver value to the client's business issues Flawless execution of Knimbus sales processes and methodologies Maintain industry, role, and competitive knowledge Take ownership of your own professional development
Education/Experience Experience: 3+ years
- The candidate should be from the enterprise market, or corporate library vertical.
- The candidate should have involved in the selling of knowledge solutions, LMS Solutions, and L&D solutions to its clients/customers.
- The candidate should be from HRTech/SaaS/Knowledge Transformation space background only
- WFO every Tuesday and the rest of the four days WFH)
Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the HRTech/SaaS/Knowledge Transformation space
- Consistently over-achieved sales targets
- Proficiency in Territory planning and Account Management
- Ability to understand customer business issues and to structure innovative, integrated solutions that provide decision support to global organizations
- Ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior-level relationships within medium and large organizations
- Strong organizational skills to navigate interdepartmental resources and coordinate across lines of business
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
