Role Overview

We're seeking a Sales Executive to join our growing business development team. In this role, you'll connect with potential clients, understand their hiring needs, and position Versatile's offshore hiring solutions as the perfect fit. You'll be responsible for identifying leads, building relationships, and driving meaningful business conversations that convert into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients across industries (mainly tech, SaaS, and creative).

  • Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to build a steady lead pipeline.

  • Present Versatile's services, emphasizing value, ROI, and cultural alignment.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from outreach to closing initial deals.

  • Collaborate closely with the talent and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Track and report outreach performance metrics using CRM tools.

  • Continuously refine sales strategies based on market insights and data.

Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management (B2B preferred).

  • Proven experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong understanding of client psychology and consultative selling.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

  • Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) is a plus.
