Job Overview
The person will be responsible for ensuring products, processes, and services meet company and regulatory quality standards through systematic inspection, testing, and process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
- Experience in QA/QC or relevant domain
- Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
- Perform regular quality inspections and audits of production processes and products
- Analyze measurements and conduct tests to validate product quality
- Document and report quality issues, nonconformities, and corrective actions
- Review and contribute to preparation of QA/QC manuals, procedures, and policies
- Train and guide team members on quality control protocols and practices
- Monitor quality-related activities and collaborate with relevant teams for resolution of issues
- Maintain detailed records of inspections and quality metrics
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance product quality
- Coordinate internal and external audits
