Job Overview

The person will be responsible for ensuring products, processes, and services meet company and regulatory quality standards through systematic inspection, testing, and process improvement. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
  • Experience in QA/QC or relevant domain
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
  • Perform regular quality inspections and audits of production processes and products
  • Analyze measurements and conduct tests to validate product quality
  • Document and report quality issues, nonconformities, and corrective actions
  • Review and contribute to preparation of QA/QC manuals, procedures, and policies
  • Train and guide team members on quality control protocols and practices
  • Monitor quality-related activities and collaborate with relevant teams for resolution of issues
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections and quality metrics
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance product quality
  • Coordinate internal and external audits
