Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement creative, audience-first organic social media strategies across

platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and others.

 Lead social media branding and growth for multiple QUA sub-brands.

 Plan, design, and schedule engaging content formats: posts, reels, videos, stories,

carousels, polls, and more.

 Drive organic lead generation, engagement, and follower growth using best practices in

digital marketing.

 Create and manage monthly content calendars, ensuring alignment with campaigns and

business objectives.

 Work closely with the design and video teams to conceptualize creatives that connect with

the audience and reflect the brand voice.

 Analyze insights, competitor activity, and industry trends to optimize strategies.

 Run email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp and support content planning

for email and WhatsApp marketing.

 Collaborate with the marketing team on performance tracking, lead quality, and ROI from

organic sources.

 Lead and manage a team of social media executives, designers, and interns.

 Ensure all content is delivered on time and meets brand and campaign objectives.

 Coordinate with other departments for brand consistency across touchpoints.

Required Skills & Experience:

 5+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing, with a total of 6–10 years in digital

marketing.

 Proven track record of growing brands organically across multiple platforms.

 In-depth knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn tools, YouTube Studio, and other

social media platforms.

 Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.

 Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize engaging content that drives interaction

and conversion.

 Experience in managing multiple brands and juggling multiple priorities.

 Excellent understanding of audience behaviour, algorithms, and trend spotting.

 Knowledge of email automation tools, social media scheduling tools (like Buffer,

Hootsuite, Later), and analytics tools.

 Team management experience with an ability to mentor, lead, and inspire team members.

 Strong verbal and written communication skills.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13, ₹40,228.83 per month
