Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from client inquiry to deal closure.
  • Conduct site visits, property presentations, and negotiations with clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Understand client needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable properties.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth handover.

3. Market Research & Strategy

  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
  • Contribute insights to improve sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Identify potential corporate or channel partners to expand the companys reach.

4. Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline reports in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with marketing, legal, and finance teams for documentation and deal processing.
  • Provide regular updates and sales forecasts to management.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–8 years of experience in real estate sales (residential or commercial projects).
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of property laws, RERA compliance, and local market trends.
  • Experience with CRM software and MS Office Suite.

  • Knowledge about Marble, Granite & Stone. Will be added advantage.
