Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Contract Analyst
In this role, you will be responsible for managing contractual documents of large businesses and ensure we are compliant contractually. Conduct multiple client interactions to ensure they have regular updates and are aware well ahead of time of the requirements. Liaison with senior leadership for regular progress updates and highlight any risk/challenges with mitigation plan. Guide, mentor and manage the team. Drive organizational objectives & communications effectively to the team. Drive transformational projects for process improvement.
Responsibilities
• Should have end to end understanding of Contract management and key fundamentals.
• Work with the Global Operating leaders of the accounts
• Ensure we are compliant contractually.
• Work closely with the legal team to interpret and different clauses and of the contract.
• Help build trackers for commercials dedication as per contract and ensure there is planning well ahead of time of commitments.
• Forecasting and planning to ensure right staffing.
• Be accountable for key metrics; KPI's (key performance indicators) and SLA's (service level agreements).
• Support and propose continuous process/system improvement initiatives across the Commercial Contract Operations teams.
• Identify and understand key areas of change management with the ability to recognize and communicate the impact of change to Contract Operations
• Assist leadership with creating and implementing governance processes to ensure standardization and efficient central membership policies, procedures, and processes to harmonize all aspects of contract membership operations with the appropriate flexibility to meet customer/market needs and dynamics across all business offerings.
• Coordinate dispute information with Chargeback Analyst and Distributor partners as needed to resolve contract error discrepancies. Manage follow up communications with distributors to ensure errors are resolved on the front end.
• Responsible for maintaining all Central Membership related training material and updating desktop procedures to support management.
• Document any identified gaps in contracting membership procedures and work with the team leaders and managers to find resolution.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum, any graduate with bachelor's Degree with decent experience.
• Experience in contract operations and demonstrated membership management, contract pricing knowledge is preferred.
• General understanding of the end-to-end commercial contract operations management preferred.
• Work experience on ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Proficient technical skills in MS Excel solutions and MS Access preferred.
• Strong communication and customer centric skills in order to adapt to customer needs.
• Analytical problem solver with the ability to evaluate key business drivers and develop clear solution recommendations.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage a variable workload and meet schedules with accurate results.
• Innovative thinker with ability to drive change and effectiveness through automation and process excellence.
• Ability to work well independently in a team environment, be self-motivated and multitask while achieving expectations.
