Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Engineer will engage in day-to-day activities such as providing technical support to clients, preparing and delivering technical presentations, and understanding customer needs. Other responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team to identify and facilitate the achievement of sales targets, offering post-sales technical support, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Sales and related processes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience in the energy utility or manufacturing sectors is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
