About Us:

Platinum Fitness Club is Hyderabad's leading women-exclusive fitness brand, offering a modern, safe, and empowering environment for women to achieve their fitness and wellness goals. We are expanding and looking for a Front Desk Executive (Female) to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist all members and visitors with a warm, professional attitude.

Handle membership inquiries, walk-ins, calls, and WhatsApp leads.

Maintain daily reports, attendance, and payment records.

Support membership renewals and follow-ups.

Coordinate with fitness trainers and nutritionists for scheduling.

Maintain front desk area cleanliness and presentation.

Assist in promotional activities and member engagement events.

Requirements:

Female candidates only (women-exclusive environment).

Graduate or equivalent qualification.

1–3 years of experience in front office / customer service / hospitality (preferred in fitness industry).

Good communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, CRM).

Friendly, organized, and confident personality.
