Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases and marketing campaign leads.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain product/service details, pricing, offers, and benefits clearly.
- Maintain a strong follow-up system to track prospective clients and schedule meetings.
- Coordinate with the sales team for appointments and follow-ups.
- Maintain an updated database of leads, conversations, and status within CRM/Excel sheets.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation.
- Provide feedback to management on lead quality and customer responses.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
