As a Distribution Sales Associate, you will be at the heart of our distributor ecosystem, empowering our partners to maximize the value from their existing agreements. You will be responsible for building and executing a strategic program that provides our distributors with the tools, knowledge, and resources they need to drive revenue growth, expand their market presence, and deliver exceptional customer success.
- This is how you will contribute to our collective success:
- Develop and Execute a Partner Value Program: Design and implement a comprehensive program that helps distributors maximize the benefits of their partnership agreement. This includes identifying key opportunities for growth, supporting the Distributor on building sales motion to renew the installed base and creating targeted initiatives to address them.
- Deliver Strategic Training & Guidance: Create and deliver focused training sessions—both virtual and in-person—that equip distributors with the latest product knowledge, sales strategies, and best practices.
- Serve as a Strategic Liaison: Collaborate closely with distributor sales and leadership teams to understand their unique needs and challenges. Use these insights to develop tailored enablement programs that drive real results.
- Create and Manage Essential Resources: Build and maintain a library of enablement resources, including playbooks, presentations, and other collateral specifically designed to support our distributors' sales efforts.
- Analyze and Optimize Performance: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and gather feedback to identify gaps and opportunities within our distributor network. Use these insights to continuously refine and improve program initiatives.
- Report on Program Impact: Provide regular updates and reports to key stakeholders on the effectiveness of partner value initiatives and their direct impact on distributor performance. Plan, organize and manage Distributor Quarterly Business Review.
- Advocate for Partner Needs: Act as a champion for our distributors within the company, collaborating with internal teams to ensure new content and tools are developed to meet their evolving needs.
