Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Noida. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing HR policies and procedures, recruiting and onboarding new employees, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Other daily tasks include overseeing employee relations, coordinating training programs, and managing benefits programs. The HR Manager will also play a key role in developing and maintaining a positive work environment and culture.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
  • Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and conducting performance evaluations
  • Excellent employee relations, conflict resolution, and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate training programs and manage benefits administration
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in a managerial HR role is preferred
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
