Role: System Admin

Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bengaluru

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in Azure AD setup, maintenance, and user management
  • Certification in AZ-104 and AZ-204
  • Skilled in deploying and managing Azure VMs
  • Experience with configuring and managing cloud-based load balancers
  • Strong understanding of CCNA concepts and firewall settings
  • Proficiency in managing and maintaining Windows Server environments
  • Experience with Linux server deployment, configuration, and maintenance
  • Knowledge of network performance tuning and Hyper-V
  • Familiarity with Docker containerization and orchestration
  • Experience in managing and automating patch updates and rollouts for various systems
  • Expertise in setting up and managing automated backup solutions, including versioning control
  • Skilled in Office 365 user and service administration
  • Proficiency in managing and configuring Microsoft Teams for enterprise use

Must Have:

  • Experience in installing and upgrading software on laptops and desktops
  • Knowledge of installing, updating, and managing anti-virus software and firewall protection
  • Experience with configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting phone systems, including VoIP and traditional setups
  • Hands-on experience with daily maintenance, system updates, and hardware repairs
  • Knowledge in upgrading and maintaining computer hardware, including memory, storage, and other components
  • Proficient in setting up and managing routine backups, including system, data, and application backups
  • Experience in performing routine automation tasks and analyzing results for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networking
  • Experience in training IT employees on software such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Office 365 and other enterprise tools
  • Experience in providing and overseeing technical support for the entire organization, ensuring all teams are supported
