Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Executive - Female to join our team in Bangalore Urban, Bangalore, or Bangalore Rural. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring a minimum of one year of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have a professional background in accounting, with strong capabilities in both SAP FICO and Accounts Payable/Receivable Management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in SAP FICO (Mandatory skill) to efficiently manage financial transactions, reporting, and analysis within the organization.
  • Expertise in Accounts Payable/Receivable Management (Mandatory skill) to ensure accurate and timely invoicing, reconciliation, and payment processing.
  • Advanced Excel skills to analyze financial data and create detailed reports using spreadsheets and formulas.
  • Experience with Tally ERP 9 for managing accounting and financial processes within a business setting.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online for efficient handling of payroll, expenses, and client invoices electronically.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting to prepare and present comprehensive financial statements and metrics for review.
  • Understanding of GST Compliance to ensure all financial practices adhere to relevant taxation regulations and guidelines.
  • Ability to conduct Budgeting and Forecasting to plan and project the company's financial expenditures and revenues accurately.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage financial transactions, including the preparation, analysis, and recording of invoices and payments.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely collection of payments and disbursement of invoices.
  • Handle financial data entry and ensure the accuracy of accounting information in systems like SAP FICO and Tally ERP 9.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to share insights on financial performance with management.
  • Maintain compliance with GST regulations by preparing and filing necessary tax documents promptly.
  • Develop and maintain budget templates and forecasts to assist in financial planning for the organization.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial operations and enhance data accuracy and integrity.
  • Assist in audit preparations, providing necessary documentation and explanations to support financial audits.
