Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager - Insurance POSP located in Vadodara. The Agency Manager will oversee the sales and operations of the insurance POSP channel. Daily tasks include managing a team, providing customer service, driving insurance sales, and handling finance-related activities. The role involves developing strategies to meet sales targets, training and mentoring the team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
