Job Overview:
As an Influencer Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for managing influencer partnerships, building relationships with content creators, and executing influencer campaigns that align with the company's marketing goals. You will work closely with the marketing team to identify and collaborate with influencers who can drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Research Influencers:
- Conduct research to find influencers who align with the brand's values, target audience, and marketing goals.
- Monitor social media platforms to stay updated on influencer trends and emerging talent.
- Influencer Outreach and Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators, and agencies.
- Negotiate contracts and terms for collaborations, including payment, content deliverables, and deadlines.
- Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define the scope, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for influencer campaigns.
- Manage influencer campaigns from start to finish, including briefing influencers, overseeing content creation, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Content Strategy and Collaboration:
- Work with influencers to ensure content aligns with the brand's voice, message, and guidelines.
- Provide creative direction to influencers and collaborate on content ideas to ensure it resonates with the target audience.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns based on KPIs, including engagement, reach, impressions, and ROI.
- Prepare and present reports on campaign success and recommend strategies for optimization.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with other teams, such as social media, digital marketing, and PR, to ensure influencer efforts are integrated into broader marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and influencer trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking campaign performance and making data-driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with influencer marketing tools and platforms.
- Established relationships with influencers or talent agencies.
- Experience working with micro and macro-influencers.

- Working Hours: 9:30-5:30
- Location: New Delhi, India
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
