We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Project Coordinator (Fresher)
to assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with excellent communication and organizational skills, eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Assist in planning and coordinating project activities and schedules
  • Help manage project documentation including reports, meeting notes, and schedules
  • Communicate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Support the Project Manager in monitoring project progress and updating stakeholders
  • Participate in meetings and prepare summaries/action points
  • Help coordinate resources, equipment, and information for projects
  • Identify and report any project issues or delays

Required Skills & Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of management tools such as Trello, Asana, Jira, or MS Project
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
