Sales head operation – Rajni Intimates (Mysore Road near satellite bus stand , Bangalore)

Rajni Intimates, a 37-year-old trusted lingerie brand, is on a growth journey to expand our offline sales network across Karnataka and beyond.

We're looking for a Sales Head who can:

Build & grow the retail distribution network

Lead, train & motivate a sales team

Achieve aggressive sales & collection targets

Strengthen retailer relationships & brand presence

What We're Looking For:


• 10+ years' experience in sales/retail operations (FMCG, Pharma, Apparel preferred)


• Strong leadership & negotiation skills


• Fluent in English, Hindi & Kannada


• Bangalore-based, open to extensive travel

What We Offer:

Salary: ₹50000 in-hand + performance incentives

Growth path: Karnataka → South India leadership

Location: Mysore Road, Bangalore
