About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Media Marketing Manager to lead our

creative direction, campaign planning, and multimedia marketing initiatives. The ideal

candidate will have strong experience in creative strategy, visual content development,

influencer collaborations, and campaign performance management. This role requires

a dynamic professional who can balance creativity with strategic execution, ensuring

consistency with our brand identity while driving impactful marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Planning


• Develop creative strategies and concepts aligned with the brand's vision,

campaigns, and business objectives.


• Conceptualize and plan creative assets for product launches, seasonal

promotions, and marketing campaigns.


• Ensure brand consistency across all creative materials (visuals, videos,

influencer content).


• Maintain a creative calendar to track timelines for static designs, video shoots,

and influencer projects.

Static Designs & Visual Content


• Oversee the creation of high-quality static designs (banners, posters, website

graphics, social media posts, email creatives).


• Manage designers and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of campaign visuals.


• Review and provide feedback on designs to align with brand and campaign goals.


• Ensure creative assets are optimized for websites, social media, print, and email

and offline marketing.

Video Shoot Coordination


• Plan and coordinate video shoots, including scheduling, talent booking, and

location scouting.


• Collaborate on storyboard creation to align with campaign messaging.


• Work with videographers, photographers, and production teams for seamless

execution.


• Oversee post-production and ensure final outputs meet brand quality and

campaign objectives.


• Adapt video content for multiple platforms (long-form, short clips, ads).

Influencer & Collaborator Management


• Identify and onboard influencers/brand ambassadors aligned with brand

positioning.


• Share creative briefs and ensure influencer content aligns with brand messaging.


• Coordinate influencer deliverables, timelines, and quality checks.


• Build and maintain long-term influencer relationships.


• Track and report influencer campaign performance (reach, engagement,

conversions).

Cross-Functional Collaboration


• Collaborate with marketing, social media, product, and performance marketing

teams.


• Ensure all creative materials support broader business objectives and enhance

brand visibility.


• Partner with the product team to create content highlighting new

products/features.

Project & Timeline Management


• Manage end-to-end creative workflow from brief to execution.


• Allocate resources (designers, editors, videographers) across multiple projects.


• Draft detailed creative briefs with clear deliverables and timelines.


• Monitor and manage creative budgets for shoots, talent, and design.

Quality Control & Feedback


• Ensure all creatives meet quality standards and maintain brand consistency.


• Provide structured feedback and manage revisions.


• Conduct A/B testing of creative variations to optimize engagement and

performance.

Trend Research & Innovation


• Stay updated on design, video, and influencer marketing trends.


• Explore innovative formats, tools, and creative techniques.


• Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring


• Track performance of creative assets across all channels.


• Measure ROI of influencer campaigns and adjust strategies.


• Share regular creative performance and influencer campaign reports with

management.

Compliance & Legal


• Manage influencer and collaboration contracts, ensuring compliance.


• Oversee licensing, copyright, and usage rights for creative assets.


• Ensure all creatives follow advertising and platform-specific guidelines.

Key Requirements


• Experience: 5–7 years in media marketing, creative direction, or brand

marketing.


• Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mass Communication (mandatory);

additional certification in Graphic Design preferred.


• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop

(mandatory).


• Proven experience in campaign management, influencer marketing, and

video production.


• Excellent project management, multitasking, and team coordination skills.


• Strong creative eye with attention to detail and brand aesthetics.


• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, performance metrics, and

optimization techniques.
